Who am I?

Hello,

In this post, I'm going to tell you about myself.

My name is Yusuf, and I'm from Sivas, but I have been in Gaziantep for about 10 years now. I live in an apartment with my mother and brother.


In my free time, I like to play basketball, read books and watch cartoons. Nowadays, I cannot play basketball because of the pandemic. I'm a big fan of NBA basketball. I try to watch most of the matches. I don't have a favourite team in there, but there are a lot of basketballers I love to watch. Stephen Curry, Kawhi Leonard, Chris Paul and James Harden are a few of them. I also like watching cartoons. I usually watch cartoons that I used to watch when I was a child. As for reading, I love classic books. I love to see the world from the eye of a person who lived a long time ago. That's why I don't find new books very attractive.

An Inspiring Person

 Hello, In this post, I'm going to write about an inspiring person. Her name is Greta Thunberg. She is a 17 year old young girl from Sweden. She is a student and an environmental activist. In 2018, one day, Greate decided not to go to school. Instead she went to the parliament building (of Sweden) and protested the government's attitude towards the climate change all alone. Then she became famous for her ideas and nowadays she is a famous activist and giving talks in different places.  World Economic Forum , the European Parliament and the United Nations are a few of them. In this video, Greta is addressing all of the world leaders and calling upon them to do something serious about the climate change. Greta is also joining protests for climate change in different countries. She goes everywhere. My Favourite Books and Films

 Hello, In this post, I'm going to tell you about my favourite books and films. First, my favourite books are " 1984 ", " Beyaz Gemi " and " Of Mice and Men ".        " 1984 " is a novel by George Orwell. I love it because it is a perfect description of a corrupted political system. I like " Beyaz Gemi " because it is a perfect story of an orphaned boy in a Turkic land. " Of Mice and Men"  is a great story of two best friends. My favourite films are " Terminator 2 " and " Interstellar ". I like " Terminator 2"  because it's the first sci-fi film I watched when I was a child. I loved it at first sight. " Interstellar"  is one of the best sci-fi films I have ever seen.
